About This Game

Minecraft NSP ROM is a survival game played in first and third person perspectives, rich in building and crafting elements. The map is randomly generated each time a new world is created. The game revolves around collecting and crafting the items needed to survive. Enemies appear at night to attack; therefore, the first task is to collect the materials needed to build shelters and defenses.

It is one of those games that quickly won over a large audience and almost took over the world. Officially released on the Nintendo Switch on May 11, 2017, it immediately attracted many players.

This sentence pretty much sums up Minecraft on Switch. No big surprises. This is where Minecraft’s appeal lies, especially for the younger generation that appreciates its creative possibilities. However, as a new player, I noticed that this version, like most console versions, lacks what makes Minecraft great: a vibrant online community.

The magic of the Minecraft world has arrived on Nintendo Switch

Sometimes, an independent video game, born from the imagination of a studio with limited funds, breathes new life into the vast video game market thanks to its innovative approach. In recent years, Minecraft has surpassed twenty million downloads and five million purchases, surprising even large multinational companies that try to replicate this success with huge costs. The work of the small Swedish studio Mojang has exceeded all expectations, making its creator, Notch, a leading figure in the industry.

This simplicity of design does not mean that the game lacks detail; quite the opposite. Minecraft creates environments that rival the best games, instilling a sense of peace and serenity throughout its locations. Despite their simplicity and repetition, these locations give the impression of being in a unique world. The absence of gravity and the variety of terrain and climates, including rain, snow, deserts, forests and mountains, contribute to their extraordinary pixelated beauty. For skeptics who think the game’s main flaw lies in the graphics engine:

Conclusion

Minecraft is an excellent game for fans of survival games. Beyond the original version, Minecraft on Nintendo Switch offers a wealth of new content that significantly enriches the game. I recommend that you try it at least once.
